Chef Bio: Arthur Cavaliere

Philadelphia-born chef Arthur Cavaliere has been a part of the always-evolving Philadelphia restaurant scene for over 20 years.

He began his career during highschool, as a line cook in Manayunk, just a few blocks from where he works today. After graduating from college, Arthur had the opportunity to run some of the most successful kitchens in Philadelphia and Washington DC–Iron Chef Jose Garces’ Amada, Stephen Starr’s El Vez and Parc and Michel Richard’s Central Michel Richard. Arthur’s impressive resume and passion for food are the perfect ingredients for a successful culinary establishment.
