Philadelphia-born chef Arthur Cavaliere has been a part of the always-evolving Philadelphia restaurant scene for over 20 years.
He began his career during highschool, as a line cook in Manayunk, just a few blocks from where he works today. After graduating from college, Arthur had the opportunity to run some of the most successful kitchens in Philadelphia and Washington DC-Iron Chef Jose Garces’ Amada, Stephen Starr’s El Vez and Parc and Michel Richard’s Central Michel Richard. Arthur’s impressive resume and passion for food are the perfect ingredients for a successful culinary establishment.
